In her first start, Sweet Rebecca found the sweet taste of success in her first start. The striking three-year old chestnut filly (American Pharoah - Sweet N Discreet) is bred by Mt. Brilliant Farm & Ranch who owns her in partnership with Mike Ryan. Trained by Brendan Walsh and ridden to victory by Tyler Gaffalione, the filly overcame a troubled trip to win going away.
